1, One of my customers currently has a watch which he purchased from our shop. He told that he did not need it because he would not use it any more, so I accepted the return request, but we refused the request because the watch is granted as a used one.
2, I received A-to-Z Claim from a buyer. We have been sending e-mail articles requesting to let us check the status of the item, but we have received no reply from the buyer at all.
