セラー”JAPANECO. web”がこの商品を販売しています。
試しに1つ購入した所、フィルムのみ8個入っていました。
お客様は当然ステッカーなどの付属品がついているものと思います。下記のような悪い商品レビューも届きます。
何度かメールしましたが応じてくれません。どうすればよろしいですか?

This item is the set of 8 films, 2 photo frame stickers and a lens cleaner.
The photo frame sticker and the lens cleaner are made in my factory. They cost about one dollar for each.
The seller ”JAPANECO. web” is selling this item.
When I bought one for testing purpose, only 8 films are enclosed.
Customers assume that other accessories such as sticker come together, of course. And we receive bad feedback as below from customers.
I sent email several times, but have not received any reply. What should I do?
