My diver watch finally got to me.
I checked the watch and found that its bezel and winding crown are not working.
I can suggest 2 options as follows :
1) Send it back to you so you can check the item;
2) Lodge a complaint against the seller and request for a refund.
Which option do you prefer?

I have finally received the diver watch.
I have checked the watch and the bezel and the crown do not seem to move.
I can think of two ways of dealing with this:
1. I send you the watch back so that you can verify this for yourself.

The diver watch arrived gradually.
I confirmed that the bezel and rews didn't move when confirming goods.
I think that two pieces of compatible are thought of.
1. Tentatively, I mail goods to you and you confirm.
2. I say a claim to the cellar and I request a repayment.
