カスタムは17時で仕事が終わった為今日は見つける事ができませんでした。私達は今カスタムから言われています。賞味期限が過ぎている商品の為おそらく日本では輸入許可がおりないと言われています。ですから私達は非常に困っていて大問題になってます。

Because the custom work was over at 17:00, we were not able to find it today. We were told from the custom now that as the best before date had passed we would not get the import permit of the product in Japan. Therefore we are troubled very much and it has become a big problem.

Since expiration date of the item already passed, we were told that probably we will not be given import permit in Japan. Therefore, we are troubled a lot and this is a huge problem.

At custom, they could not find today after 5pm which is closing time of the day. We were told about this by the custom.
