最近、アメリカ国外からの注文が増えてまいりました。特にヨーロッパが多いです
ヨーロッパのお客様が決まって言われるのが「商品代金＋送料以外に輸入関税がいるなんて知らなかった」です
製品コンディションの所にも記載しておりますが、気づきませんのでamazon側でアメリカ国外の注文のお客様には購入プロセス中に「商品代金＋送料以外に輸入関税がかかる場合があります」と警告文を出していただき、同意したお客様しか購入できないようにしていただけませんか？
また、現状でもそういう設定はできますか？

Recently, we have more orders from outside of US. Especially from European countries.
The customers in Europe frequently complains that, "I did not know I had to pay custom charge other than the price of the item and shipping and handling fee."
There is the description about it in the item condition, but, it is hard for customers to be aware of it. Therefore, can you please display a warning message "You may be charged for import custom charge in addition to the item price and shipping fee" during the purchase transaction of the customers outside of US, and enable only the customers who agree to this condition to make purchase of the items, in amazon system side?
Also, would it be possible to set up such settings even now?

Recently we have had orders from America as well as other countries. Specially from European countries. We always hear comments from European customers such as they did not know that import tax is necessary besides price of items and shipment.
Though we list on the corner for product conditions, customers do not notice it. I would like you, from Amazon side, to issue a warning statement such as "There is a case that needs import tax besides product price and shipping price." for customers except America to include in the process of purchasing orders. Or can I make a setting of this statement in the current publishing?
