Customer Metrics内のValid Tracking Rateについて質問です。
私は、本年1月以降、全てのseller fulfilled ordersに、日本郵便のTracking numberを付与して、発送しています。
しかし、Valid Tracking Rateに、このアクションが完全に反映されていません。
これはどうしてですか?日本郵便のTracking numberは、認証されていないのでしょうか?
どのようにすれば認証されるのかご教示ください。
I have been shipping all of items for seller fulfilled orders with Japan Post Office Tracking numbers since this January.
But, I realized that not all of these actions are not reflected on Valid Tracking Rate.
Can you tell me the reason? Isn't Japan Post Office Tracking number authenticated?
