中目黒駅の周辺が近いのでおすすめです。
渋谷駅から電車で 3分。あるいは、都立大学駅(宿泊地の最寄の駅です)から電車で5分の所にあります。
中目黒の桜は、目黒川の水面に、たくさんの桜の花びらが浮かび、とても綺麗です。
とても人気がありますよ。

My recommendation is around Nakameguro Station since it is near by.
It is 3 minutes from Shibuya Station by train, and it is 5 minutes by train from Toritsudaigaku Station which is the nearest station from where you are staying.
Cherry blossoms in Nakameguro is very beautiful because numbers of petals of the cherry blossoms float on the Meguro river. It is a very popular spot.

As cherry blossom flowers in Tokyo, if on the 1st of April, most probably they will be in full bloom. (That is good for you!) To enjoy them, I'd like to recommend to go to Nakameguro station area because of the convenient distance.
