本日、3/4g の商品にクレームが来ました。
1. 着色の色が紫色で、まばらである。
2. 2gくらいの商品が大量に入っていた。
原料が小さい、もしくは 4g が少ないのではないかと思います。
後ほど写真をメールします。
4/5g の方の仕上がりは、色もサイズもとても良かったです。
3/4g の商品も 4/5g のような品質に統一したいと考えています。
可能ですか？

I would like to apply the same quality to 3/4g product as well.

I received complaint for 3/4g item.
1. Color was in purple and not flat.
2. A lot of around 2g item were enclosed.
I think the ingredient is small or 4g is not enough.
I will later send photo by email.
4/5g finish was very good in terms of color and size.
I'd like to unite quality of 3/4g like 4/5g.
Is it possible?
