本日、3/4g の商品にクレームが来ました。

1. 着色の色が紫色で、まばらである。
2. 2gくらいの商品が大量に入っていた。
　原料が小さい、もしくは 4g が少ないのではないかと思います。
　後ほど写真をメールします。

4/5g の方の仕上がりは、色もサイズもとても良かったです。
3/4g の商品も 4/5g のような品質に統一したいと考えています。
可能ですか？
