顧客から届いたので不具合が発生したERの動作確認をしました。
送った動画と同じでSliderが1方向しか動かない状況でした。
マルチメーターを使用する準備をしようとSlider本体ネジを取って内部を確認しました。
そしてなんとなくもう一度動作確認をしてみました。
すると先程までの不具合が治ってしまいました。
多分Slider本体内部の配線の接触不良だと思います。
ただ困ったことに正確な不良箇所は特定できていません。
またすぐに不具合が発生する可能性が高いです。
顧客へは新しいERを送りたい。

I've received the defective ER returned from the customer and checked the movement.
As shown in the video I sent you before, the slider only moved in only one direction.
I removed the screw from the slider itself to look inside before using a multi meter.
After that, I, without any intention, checked the movement again and found it moved perfectly.
I guess it was a contact defect in the wiring inside the slider itself.
However, the exact defective area is not yet specified.
It is very likely that the slider will repeat the same problem again soon.
I would like to send a new ER to the customer.
As shown in the video I sent you before, the slider only moved in only one direction.

As we have received the item from the customer, we have confirmed the operability of the ER with malfunction.
Found was the state where its Slider 1 moved in only one direction as per shown in the video I sent you.
As I attempted to prepare to use a multi meter, I checked the interior by removing the screw of the slider itself.
Then I performed the operability check once again for no particular reason.
And to my surprise the malfunction I confirmed earlier was fixed.
In my assumption, it is because of the cable connection issue inside the slider itself.
However the problem is, I could not identify the exact spot where the malfunction has occurred.
There is a higher possibility that the malfunction will occur again.
I would like to ship a new ER to the customer.

I have took the main screw apart from the slider to see inside, so I can prepare for using multimeter.
And I thought I would try one more operation and I continued.
Then it was all fixed.
