税関さえ通過すれば、その後2日ほどで商品が届くと思います。

Normally the item should pass through the customs at December 7, and was supposed to be delivered on December 9, it has been 6 days behind schedule due to the stagnation of the customs work.
If it goes through the customs, it should arrive in 2 days or so.
