通常であれば、12月7日に税関を通過し、12月9日には荷物が届く予定でしたが、税関業務が滞っており、既に6日ほど遅延している状況にあります。
税関さえ通過すれば、その後2日ほどで商品が届くと思います。
大変恐縮ですが、商品をお待ちいただければ幸いです。
なお、注文のキャンセルと返金をご希望の場合、その旨ご連絡をいただけましたら、返金方法について、ご説明いたします。

The parcel would have normally arrived on Dec 9th passing the customs on Dec 7th, however the work at the customs is taking too long, and the item has been already delayed about 6 days.
Only if the parcel passes the customs, it would arrive in another two days or so.
We are terribly sorry, but could you wait for the item to arrive?
