通常であれば、12月7日に税関を通過し、12月9日には荷物が届く予定でしたが、税関業務が滞っており、既に6日ほど遅延している状況にあります。
税関さえ通過すれば、その後2日ほどで商品が届くと思います。
大変恐縮ですが、商品をお待ちいただければ幸いです。
なお、注文のキャンセルと返金をご希望の場合、その旨ご連絡をいただけましたら、返金方法について、ご説明いたします。
