Currently, we cannot check whether products has been delivered rightly to customers or not because of track number system's error of delivery company.
It will take several days for the system to recover from its error.
I am afraid but we would like you to inform us when you get your product rightly.
Also in the case that the product cannot be delivered by the date we promised, please let us know.
