*Regarding collecting international passenger service charge (500 peso) in Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, we received a notification that it is going to be changed from February 1st 2015.
Before January 31st 2015, you have to pay 550 peso when you depart in the airport.
After February 1st, you have to pay 550 peso with a plane ticket by using tax code "Ll" when the ticket is issued.

Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) announced that the payment method of International Passenger Service Charge, 550pesos will change on February 1st 2015 as following:
Before February 1st 2015: Pay 550pesos in cash at the airport.
After February 1st 2015 onward: Use "LI" as the tax code to pay 550pesos together with flight charge when your ticket is issued.

As for the currency exchange rate for International Passenger Service Charge, BSR of the time when your ticket is issued is applied.
If you issue your ticket before February 1st 2015 but flight date is after February 1st 2015, pay 550pesos at the airport.
A) If International Passenger Service Charge is paid with your ticket
Check-in, and go to the departure gate without stopping by the counter for payment.
B) If International Passenger Service Charge is NOT paid with your ticket
