チェックインの際に搭乗券にスタンプやマジックで斜線など印がされて施設使用料支払いカウンターでの支払いをご案内→施設使用料をカウンターにて支払い→出国へ

As for the currency exchange rate for International Passenger Service Charge, BSR of the time when your ticket is issued is applied.
If you issue your ticket before February 1st 2015 but flight date is after February 1st 2015, pay 550pesos at the airport.
A) If International Passenger Service Charge is paid with your ticket
Check-in, and go to the departure gate without stopping by the counter for payment.
B) If International Passenger Service Charge is NOT paid with your ticket
When check-in, you get a stamp or slash mark on your ticket and are guided to stop by the counter for payment. Pay International Passenger Service Charge on the counter, and go to the departure gate.
