私はとても困っています。
なぜなら、購入者から商品を返送してもらっていないからです。
購入者からの返品要求を私が許可したとき、
購入者に対して、返送時の追跡番号を教えてくださいと言いました。
しかし、購入者からは返事がありませんでした。
その後、待っていても商品が返送されてこないので、4月26日に再度購入者に対して、
商品を返送したか、返送したなら追跡番号を教えてくださいとメールを送りました。
今回、クレームを受けてアメリカの返送先の住所に確認しましたが、
商品は返送されていませんでした。
That's because the buyer has not returned the item yet.
When I accepted return request from the buyer, I told the buyer to inform me the return tracking number.
However, there was no reply the buyer.
After that I had been waiting but the item was not returned, so on April 26th I sent the buyer an email again asking whether the item was returned, if so to inform me the tracking number.
This time after getting complaint I checked with the return address in U.S. but the item was not returned.
Unfortunately, I still haven't gotten a reply yet.
It has been a while and the return item hasn't arrived yet.
Hence on April 26, once again, I e-mailed the buyer to ask whether the package has been sent or not and if yes, I would very much appreciate it if the buyer could provide me the tracking number.
I have processed the buyer's Return Request and also provided the necessary details for the buyer on how to return the item but sadly the buyer hasn't done anything to return the item to me.

The reason is that I did not get the item back from the buyer.
When I accepted the claim of returning the item, I told the buyer to tell me the tracking number for the item to be returned.
However, I did not get any reply.
Afterwards, because I did not receive the item in spite of the wait, I sent an email on April 26 asking if the item has been sent out for return and the tracking number for the item if it has been sent out.
This time, receiving the claim, I checked with the address of the returner.
The item has not been sent out for return.
When I allowed him/her to return it, I asked him/her to tell me the tracking number.
But he/she didn't answer me.
Although I had been waiting for the return, the purchase didn't arrived.
So I sent an e-mail to ask him/her if he/she had already sent the purchase and to ask him/her to tell me the tracking number if he/she had already done it.
I got this trouble this time and checked whether the purchase returned to my address in the United States. But the purchase hasn't returned yet.
