It is an abbreviation of the following items.
By the law of SMART, the goal is not "work hard", but
Do push up every day
Do 10 times every day
Do it every day no matter what happens
What the person understands
What is not decided by others
10 times=realistic
If it is 100 times, it is not realistic.
We can see the period.
For example, within today.
By the law of SMART, it is important that the items are expressed by number in detail.
The goal is not the one set for others but the one that is carried out by ourselves.
By using the law of SMART, we should start by "speak by number and decide the period."
Specific targets like "I will do push-up everyday."
Measurable targets like "I will do it ten times."
Acceptable targets for himself/herself. The target is not fixed by others.
Realistic targets like 10 times. 100 times is not realistic.
Time limits of the target are specified. Just like "in today" etc.
In the rule of SMART, it is especially important that targets must be expressed with concrete numbers.
In addition, the target must be the one you will do, not the one you will have somebody do.
Using the rule of SMART, let's start talking with numbers and setting time limits.
It is an acronym for the following:
In SMART theory, the goal is not " I will do my best"...
I will do push-ups every day.
I will do 10 push-ups every day.
I will do push-ups every day without fail.
I am convinced.
I set the goal.
Realistic goal (10 push-ups)
100 push-ups is not realistic.
Set a time limit.
For example, today.
In SMART Theory, the most important point is that you set actual numbers.
And, it is a goal for you not for others.
Let’s start "talking with numbers and setting a time limit" with SMART Theory.
This word is made of an initial letter of these sentences as shown bellow.
For SMART law, the aim is no " I will do my best."…
I do a push-up everyday.
I do it 10 times everyday.
I do it everyday surely.
The person has accepted.
It is not a thing that other person decided.
10 times is realistic.
" I will do it 100 times" this doesn't sound realistic.
The limit is clear.
by the end of the day or…
For SMART law, it's especially important that numbers is concrete.
And It's not a aim which force someone to do but do yourself.
At first, using SMART law, let's start " talking by using numbers and fixing the term" .
Time Limits of the target are specified. は、Timely achieving the target.
