私は1つのオーダーは正しく受け取ったが、もう1つのオーダーが揃わないのであれば
全ての商品は不要です。
この申し立てについて反論する前に、このセラーは私にもう1つのオーダーについて
ちゃんと説明する義務がある。
オーダーは受けていないと主張していても代金を受けっとている事が明らかであるから。
この件に関して連絡しないのは自分にやましい事があるからでしょう。

I filed an appeal with the seller but I have not had any replies.
Although I received on of my order correctly, if the other order cannot be ready, I do not need all these orders.
Before answering this appeal, this seller has a responsibility to explain to me regarding the other order because it is clear that the seller received the payment for that order although the seller insists that they did not take the order.
They did not contact regarding this issue because they have something to reproach themselves with this matter.

I made a claim, but the seller has not replied at all.
I received the item of one order. If I cannot receive the item of the other order, I need none of them.
Before arguing about this claim, this seller is obliged to explain to me about the other order properly.
