私は意義を申し立てたがセラーから全く返事がない。
私は1つのオーダーは正しく受け取ったが、もう1つのオーダーが揃わないのであれば
全ての商品は不要です。

この申し立てについて反論する前に、このセラーは私にもう1つのオーダーについて
ちゃんと説明する義務がある。
オーダーは受けていないと主張していても代金を受けっとている事が明らかであるから。
この件に関して連絡しないのは自分にやましい事があるからでしょう。

I made a statement, but there is no any reply from seller.
I received one order properly, but if one more order will be incomplete,
I shall not need all items.
Before arguing about previous statement, this seller has an obligation to explain to me clearly
about one more order.
If I don't receive order, even insisting on it, it is clear that I receive money .
He should feel guilty because of he did not tell me about this case...
