背景画像はエンドレスデザイン（どこで切れても、問題の無いデザイン）にて頂けますようお願いします。
例えば、背景画像の両端に社名ロゴ等を配置した場合、閲覧するディスプレイの大きさによっては、隠れてしまいスクロールしないと見えないケースがあります。
どうしても、「テキスト、絵、写真等」を多くのディスプレイサイズでも、スクロール無しで表示させたい場合（100％可能ではない）は、画面上部白い部分からID＆PWを入力する間のスペース且、幅はID&PWバーの幅のデザイン作成をお勧めします。

If you want to display texts, drawings, and photos on many different-sized displays without scrolling the screen (not possible 100%), I recommend you design a space between ID&PW input from a white area on the upper part of the screen and the width of the ID&PW bar.

Please make the background image with an endless design (which can be cut off anywhere without issues).
For instance, when placing the company logo, etc. on the both ends of the background image, in some cases it may have to be scrolled down to see it as it is hidden depends on the browsing display size.
