昨日、12月12日に注文した商品を受け取った。
その中で、数が足りない商品と、間違って送られてきた商品があった。
私達は白の枕カバーを10個注文したが、実際に送られてきたのは7個だった。
また、注文していないCuddlerが3個送られてきた。
2ヶ月ほど前に間違った商品が送られてきた時、次に間違った商品が送られてきた場合は一緒に返品を受け付けて下さいとお願いした。

その時の商品と今回間違って送らてきた商品を一緒に返品しますがOKですか?
In the parcel there were a few missing products and some others that had been sent by mistake.
I ordered 10 pillow cases, but I only received 7.
I also received 3 cuddlers that I had not ordered.
When I received the wrong items 2 months ago, I was told that if I ever received wrong items again, I could send them back together.

We received wrong items about two months ago. In our contact at that time (please check the emails around November 13th) you told us to send back the wrong items in case we receive wrong ones again. Is it okay for you to send back the wrong items altogether?
