Please ship a replacement as soon as possible.

Clearly, you shipped only 1 rug.
Please make sure to have the remaining 4 delivered this week.

The following items has not been delivered after 20 days from my order.
After checking with UPS Tracking code, I assumed that the package was lost in delivery.
And time still passes day by by day from the original estimated date of arrival.
I would like to have substitutions as soon as possible. Please make sure to sent it before middle of this wek.
The order includes 5 Rugs, however I've only received one.
