以下の注文商品が届きません。注文から20日以上経過しています。
UPSのTracking No,を確認すると、荷物は紛失していると思います。
1週間前から到着予定日が毎日延長されます。
代わりの商品を早急に発送して欲しいです。
今週中に必ず届けて下さい。
この注文では5枚のRugを注文しました。
しかし、1枚しか到着していません。
UPSのTracking No,を確認すると商品重量が4.0lbsとなっています。
明らかに1枚しか発送されていません。
残り4枚のラグを今週中に必ず届けて下さい。
The following items has not been delivered after 20 days from my order.
After checking with UPS Tracking code, I assumed that the package was lost in delivery.
And time still passes day by by day from the original estimated date of arrival.
I would like to have substitutions as soon as possible. Please make sure to sent it before middle of this wek.
The order includes 5 Rugs, however I've only received one.
I checked the UPS tracking code which stated the package only weighs 4lbs.
The Rug cannot be shipped with only one, please maKe sure to sent 4 remains before middle of this week.
