Completely different stickers from that which I ordered from you have been delivered.
In the OO photograph it shows them wearing glasses, but, all five sheets none are wearing glasses.
How is this kind of mistake possible?
I am sure you are a very experienced trader, and I put my faith in you, it is indeed regrettable.
If you can not correct this issue to my satisfaction immediately, I will be forced to request a refund through OO and unmistakeably leave very negative feedback.

In OO photo, spectacles are worn but in all the 5 pieces that you have sent, there are no spectacles worn.
Why did you make such a mistake?
