I'm very sorry I could not find damage on the front lens at the time of inspection and it was not explained in the item description. As a result I could not meet your expectation therefore I'd like to make partial refund for the amount of the item. I'd like to refund 20USD via PayPal, how does that sound? I'll wait for your reply.

We could not find the scratch in the front lens during our inspection, so therefore could not write it in the item description; we are awfully sorry.
As a result, we could not meet your demand, so we would like to make a partial refund to you. We would like to pay you back 20USD by PayPal, but is this OK with you? We will be waiting for your response.
