商品のソフトウェアはパッケージの封印テープが切られていて、説明書が無かった。
そして、DVDには、埃や指紋が沢山あり、確実に誰かが使用した形跡があった。
私がオーダーした他の商品は問題はありませんでした。

The sealing tape of the product of software was broken, and it has no manual.
Plus, on the DVD, there are a lot of dusts and finger prints, it must have already been used by someone.
Other items I ordered have no problem.

The software I received was unsealed, and instruction was missing.
It was dusty, and there were fingerprints left everywhere on the surface of DVD. It is very easy to tell that someone has obviously used this once.
However there were no problems with the other products I have ordered before.

The tape which sealed the package of the software had been cut, and it lacked an explanatory note.
And, the DVD contained a lot of dust and fingerprints. I'm sure that somebody had already used it.
Other products I ordered had no problem, though.
