未発送場合は、すぐに送ってくれませんか?
発送済みの場合は、荷物の状況を調べたいのでトラッキングナンバーを教えて下さい。
また、私達は8月15日に注文した商品の中で、バックオーダーになったシーツのサイズ変更をお願いしました。
変更した商品は送ってくれましたか?
