ABCのScriptに対して低評価をつけたことに対してScriptの制作者から以下のメールが送られてきました
もしかすると評価したユーザー名がわかるようになっていますか？
以前、サポートでやり取りしたのでメールアドレスはわかっていると思います
このようなメールを直接送ってくるのは規約違反ではないですか？あと評価したユーザー名がわかるような仕組みは問題ありませんか？
あとこのScriptは投稿した際のpermalinkが日本語に対応していません。返金してもらうことは可能ですか？

I have received the following e-mail from the creator of a Script at ABC, in response to my negative evaluation for him/her. Is your user name possibly known when you make a review?
This person and I used to exchange messages on Support, so he/she should know my mail address.
Isn't it a violation of your policy to send such a message directly to the reviewerer? Also, isn't it a problem if your system reveals the user name of the person who left a review?
In addition, this Script does not allow permalink to correspond to Japanese language when you make a review. Could you refund me?

I received the following e-mai about the fact that the script of ABC was rated low from manufacturer of the script.
I wonder if it is set that we can find e-mail address of user who rated?
We communicated at support in the past, and we can find the e-mail address.
Isn't it against law that the manufacturer sends this kind of e-mail directly?
Also isn't the system,in which we can find a user who rated, a problem ?
