The package shrink for all the software purchased from you the other day have come off.
I have purchase from you multiple times so it is very disappointing for this thing to happen.
Can you action on this immediately?
If that type of issue happens in purchases made in the future then I will definitely request for a refund.
And despite that you have sent unopened new products, it won't be disappointing to be able to urgently change the handling.
In case that this won't be handled diligently, I will definitely provide the lowest negative evaluation and also be consulting with customer support.
