3月17日は11:30～12:00の間に御社に到着する予定です。
可能であれば到着後にランチをご一緒させていただき、その後Mtgをさせていただきたいと思います。
その日は夕方からロンドンで開催されるスタートアップのイベントに参加する為、御社のオフィスを遅くとも2pmには出ないといけません。

We are planning to arrive in your company on March 17 at 11:30 - 12:00.
I am thinking that we have lunch together after we arrived and proceed with the Mtg afterwards.
And we will be participating in a start-up event to be held in London later that evening so we have to leave by 2 pm at the latest.
