I think CS means that it does not require a service charge for transaction on eBay. It should be liable to custom duty since it is imported from Japan to the US. I have sold several guitars which is same as yours to customers in the US. I will ask them how much customs were.
How is A guitar you purchased? Actually, my custom in Ohio is considering purchasing the same A. He/She is concerned about how much he/she has to pay for customs. Could you tell me about how much they were?

What CS said means, I think, that there is no transaction fees on eBay. It seems that you will need to clear the customs since you are going to import the item to the U.S. from Japan. I have sold the same guitars as you ordered to some customers in the U.S. I will ask them how much they paid for the customs.
