楽しいXmasを過ごしましたか？
先日の荷物はとても丁寧な梱包に感動しました
やっとお客様に渡すことができましたが
かなり待たせたことで苦情があり、私はその対応で今大変です。
また内容に間違いがありました。
「ALTAI PANTS」はXSを１着、Sを１着注文しましたが、XSが2着でした。Sが必要です。
さらに追加の要望を受けています

Did you enjoy your Xmas?
I was so impressed by such an elaborated packaging for the parcel I received the other day.
Finally I could hand it to my customer, but the customer complained to be kept waiting for so long, and I'm tied up with handling it.
I found another mistake.
I ordered 1piece of XS, 1 piece of S for "ALTAI PANTS", but I received 2 pieces of XS. I need S size.
Additonal requests have been made, too.

Finally I became able to deliver the itmes to my customers. But they have waited so long that I am now busy responding to their claims.
And, there was a mistake, too.
As for "ALTAI PANTS", I ordered 1 XS size and 1 S size. However, I have received 2 XS size only. I need 1 S size.
