楽しいXmasを過ごしましたか？
先日の荷物はとても丁寧な梱包に感動しました
やっとお客様に渡すことができましたが
かなり待たせたことで苦情があり、私はその対応で今大変です。
また内容に間違いがありました。
「ALTAI PANTS」はXSを１着、Sを１着注文しましたが、XSが2着でした。Sが必要です。
さらに追加の要望を受けています

I hope you had a very merry Christmas.
I was so glad to have my parcel so carefully packed the other day.
Finally I became able to deliver the itmes to my customers. But they have waited so long that I am now busy responding to their claims.
And, there was a mistake, too.
As for "ALTAI PANTS", I ordered 1 XS size and 1 S size. However, I have received 2 XS size only. I need 1 S size.
Also, I have received additional orders for:

Seychelles Capri Black S*1
Please ship them if you have in stock.
