However, the bidder just wanted $75, made up various reasons and never returned the item. There is no legal evidence on $75.
I am not convinced by the condition of the item as the bidder described, so I am not making partial refund. That's because previously I was cheated the same way before. However, if the item is returned I will check the condition of the item and make refund.

But the successful bidder want only $75, so he/she wouldn't send the item back giving different reasons. It's groundless $75.
I'm not convinced with the condition of the item which he/she told me, so I will not refund part of the charge. Because I have been fooled before. But if I receive the item, I will check the condition of the item and refund.
