次には悪いフィードバックをつけると言い返金を求められました。

わたしは気に入らないのなら返品してくれれば代金は返すと言いました。
しかし落札者は$75が欲しいだけなので、いろいろ理由をつけて商品を送ってくることはありませんでした。なんの法的根拠もない$75です。

私は落札者の言っている商品の状態に納得がいっていないため、一部返金はしません。以前に同じ事象で騙されたことがあるからです。しかし返品があれば商品状態を確認し返金するつもりです。

And he/she claimed $75.
Then he/she said that he/she would make a bad feedback next time and asked for refund.

I said that I will repay the charge if you unlike it and return it back.
But the successful bidder want only $75, so he/she wouldn't send the item back giving different reasons. It's groundless $75.

I'm not convinced with the condition of the item which he/she told me, so I will not refund part of the charge. Because I have been fooled before. But if I receive the item, I will check the condition of the item and refund.
