<strong> Arai：</strong><br></br> Like we stated in this document on the origins of competitive power, we are hoping to create a system that links farmers and handicapped workers, from educating ourselves in an agricultural skill called nutriculture, to getting the operational knowledge on creating a farm that allows mentally-disabled people to work, to establishing the cooperative relationships between governments and organization for the disabled people.
