Climate change is the imminent and irrevocable threat for all the human beings and the earth. Under the framework of the Paris Accord, nation states all over the world attempt to solve the issue. Satellites, which can observe all of the planet equally, play a role in providing scientific evidences which is essential for understandings of the mechanism of climate change and political decision making. Company E and J is cooperating each other for understandings of exact amount of GHG emissions and, for future prediction of reduced uncertainty, cooperating in development of EC satellites. Last month, the 49th general assembly of IPCC had been held in Kyoto. In implementing the Paris Accord, IPCC has discussed the amended guidelines, which determines the method of calculation of the amount of each country's GHG emissions in order to pursue more transparency of activities and reports of the parties. The guidelines described the effectiveness of satellite observation and was adopted as the comparative method of emission inventory of each country. This is because all of the scientific and technological progress of GHG observation by satellites, which was hugely provided the cooperation of space agency and research institutions. All the appreciation is to go for those. 3. We aim that satellite observation data be used by those involved in inventory around the world and those involved in policy measures for climate change. J company, by improving the precision of products, starting with E company, and between C company and D company, is progressing with the homogenization of products between different satelites. 4. CPR is a satellite sensor, the first in the world, that measures the vertical distribution and movement of clouds and aerosols, using doppler radar technology. In the development of CPR, currently we are directly facing technical issues but along with obtaining support on all aspects from E company, J company is grappling with the solution with the contractor as one. We will surpass this issue and we would like to continue to work closely together in order to make the essential measurements for the progress of climate change prediction a reality. J company, since the "JS satellite", for 25 years, has accumulated experience in the development and operation of "LS technology". 5.
