The customer purchased a toy which is rechargeable by solar power.
However, the toy was melted by high heat of the sun because the customer put the toy outside too long, unfortunately.
We are start to negotiate with the customer about a guarantee. We mentioned "Do Not put the toy under high heat of the sun long time" on our English description.

This customer bought a solar battery powered toy.
Unfortunately, the toy was melted because it was left under very hot direct sun light to recharge the solar battery.
