あるお客様への対応について相談させてください。
このお客様は太陽電池で充電が可能な玩具を購入しました。
ところが残念なことに屋外で長時間充電されたことから玩具は高温で溶けてしまいました。
私たちはこれからメーカーと補償についての交渉を行うところですが、英文の説明書にもはっきりと長時間高温で放置しないよう記載があります。
この商品はFBA経由で販売を行った50ドルの高額商品ですが、修理や交換を保証できないと伝えしても良いでしょうか？
何かしてあげられたら良いのですがヒントをください。

Let me have your opinion for handling an issue of a certain customer.
This customer bought a solar battery powered toy.
Unfortunately, the toy was melted because it was left under very hot direct sun light to recharge the solar battery.
I am going to negotiate with the manufacturer about the warranty, but the caution in the user manual in English was clearly indicated for not leaving the toy under hot direct sun light for a long time.
This item was sold FBA and expensive at 50.00$, but can we inform them that we are not responsible for the repair and replacement as the customer ignored the stated caution?
Would you give me advice as I am thinking to do something for the customer.
