The customer purchased a toy, which is possible to charge its battery with the solar cell.
However, the toy was melted since the customer charged the battery outside for a long time.
We will negotiate with the maker about its warranty, but its English manual clearly says that you should not leave the toy at a high temperature environment for a long time.
We sold this item via FBA and it was $50, which is expensive. Will it be alright to tell the customer that we cannot insure its repair or replacement?
