あるお客様への対応について相談させてください。
このお客様は太陽電池で充電が可能な玩具を購入しました。
ところが残念なことに屋外で長時間充電されたことから玩具は高温で溶けてしまいました。
私たちはこれからメーカーと補償についての交渉を行うところですが、英文の説明書にもはっきりと長時間高温で放置しないよう記載があります。
この商品はFBA経由で販売を行った50ドルの高額商品ですが、修理や交換を保証できないと伝えしても良いでしょうか？
何かしてあげられたら良いのですがヒントをください。

Please give me an advice about a service for a customer.
This customer has purchased a toy from us which the battery can be charged by solar.Unfortunately, the toy has been melt by exposed to the sun too long.
We are about to negociate with the manufacturer, however there is stated clearly on the user's manual that the toy shouldn't be left in a high temperature area for long time.
This is a expensive toy which we sold for $50 through FBA
Is it OK to tell them that the toy can not be guaranteed for exchanging or fixing?
I still would like to do something for them.
Please give me an advice or clue for this matter,
