あるお客様への対応について相談させてください。
このお客様は太陽電池で充電が可能な玩具を購入しました。
ところが残念なことに屋外で長時間充電されたことから玩具は高温で溶けてしまいました。
私たちはこれからメーカーと補償についての交渉を行うところですが、英文の説明書にもはっきりと長時間高温で放置しないよう記載があります。
この商品はFBA経由で販売を行った50ドルの高額商品ですが、修理や交換を保証できないと伝えしても良いでしょうか？
何かしてあげられたら良いのですがヒントをください。

I would like to consult you about one of my customer.
The customer purchased a toy which is rechargeable by solar power.
However, the toy was melted by high heat of the sun because the customer put the toy outside too long, unfortunately.
We are start to negotiate with the customer about a guarantee. We mentioned "Do Not put the toy under high heat of the sun long time" on our English description.
This is a high priced product, costs 50 dollars, and we sold it through FBA. Is it possible to tell that we can not ensure to repair or replace it?
That would be nice if we could anything for the customer.
Could you give us any ideas, please?
