現地１９時から、カンボジア人の友人と夕食です。

Throughout the morning, even though it wasn't planned I will be going to work in the morning since I wasn't able to finish the discussion yesterday. Regarding the email that I worked on yesterday night, the phone conference with the Japanese client has ended now, so I would be departing soon.
1:55PM Departure from Changi
3:00PM (That's 5:00PM in Japan Time since Japan is 2 hours ahead of us.) Arrival in Phnom penh
I will be having dinner with my Cambodian friend from 7:00PM onwards.
I will get in touch with you again.

Expected arrival time at Phnom Penh is 3:00 in the afternoon local time (17:00 in JST, Cambodia time is 2 hours advance).
The local time 7 o’clock in the evening, I will have a dinner with my Cambodian friend.
I will get back to you again.
