7月15日、そちらに返品の荷物が届いたと思います。今回返品の送料は弊社で負担しました。

返品した内容は下記の通りです。

I believe the package with your returned items was delivered on 7/15. Our company has covered the costs of delivery.

Here are the details of the items returned:
- Pillow Case (Not defective. Mistakenly ordered)
- Severely defective item

I would like to have our money back for the above items. Rather than bank transfer, can I have the difference credited to our next purchase?
