問題点：トゥにキズがあります。訳あり品として販売するため売値が下がります。割引をして欲しいです。

4 pieces among the heads received from you had problems.

Problem: no + engraved. Is it simply missing engraved marik? Or is it Hot Head?
Problem: FA cannot be read. Please let me know if you have specifications.
Problem: Loft cannot be read. Please let me know if you have specifications.
Problem: There is a scare on the toe. As I cannot sell this item as standard item, selling price will be lowered. I'd like you to give me a discount.
Please take care of the above problems.
Apart from above, what does QC in the specification sheet mean?
