We are from Japanese company holding the stock of Z Ltd (Class B, Book-entry) for which your company is the agent.
We are, at this time, thinking of selling afore said stock after transferring to sellable Class A stock and transferring to an account being open at a X securities company in USA.
In view of above, we would like to inquire your company about a format and others of the documents required for the followings;
A: All format and documents for transferring the stock from Class B to Class A
B: All documents for transferring the stock from your company to A in USA
