私達は、貴社がエージェントとなっているZ社株式（クラスB、BooK-entry　shares）を保有する日本法人です。
今回私達は、Z社株式を、売却が可能なクラスAに転換したうえ、X証券（米国）に開く証券口座に振替えて、売却したいと考えています。

ついては、
①クラスBからクラスAへの振替
②貴社からX証券への振替

の指示を貴社に行うために、貴社に提出する指示書の書式や、準備が必要な書類を教えて下さい。

我々は外国株式の売却に不慣れのため、丁寧に教えてもらえると嬉しいです。

We are from the Japanese corporation, which has the stock of the company Z (Class B, BooK-entry shares), which you are agent for.
This time, we are planning to sell off the stock of the company Z on changing it to the class A available to sell and making a transfer to the account of the X securities firm (the USA).

In line with this,
1) Transfer from class B to class A
2) Transfer from you to the X securities firm
