私達は、貴社がエージェントとなっているZ社株式（クラスB、BooK-entry　shares）を保有する日本法人です。
今回私達は、Z社株式を、売却が可能なクラスAに転換したうえ、X証券（米国）に開く証券口座に振替えて、売却したいと考えています。

ついては、
①クラスBからクラスAへの振替
②貴社からX証券への振替

の指示を貴社に行うために、貴社に提出する指示書の書式や、準備が必要な書類を教えて下さい。

我々は外国株式の売却に不慣れのため、丁寧に教えてもらえると嬉しいです。

We are a Japanese Company that holds shares of Z company(Class B, BooK-entry shares), of which your company is the agent.
This time, we are thinking of selling the shares of Z company after conversioning them to sellable Class A, and transferring them to the security account which we are opening at X security (U.S.).

So, could you tell us about the formats for the indication which we submit to your company, and other documents which we have to prepare, to give directions to your company on
1. Transfer from Class B to Class A
2. Transfer from your company to X security.

Since we are not used to sales of foreign stocks, we will be grateful to be informed in detail.
