さきほどあるお客様より、当店が出品する商品の出品価格が高すぎるので、アマゾンに違反報告をすると脅されました。

We were threatened by a customer who said he/she was goig to report breacment to Amazon because the items we sell are too expensive.

He/She demands that in order to avoid being reported, we should lowere the price.

Surely there are few sellers selling items at lower price than we do, but we do provide best service with no additional cost.

Should I not decline request for discount in such case?
